Found intermittent no heat caused by slow drainage of furnace collector box causing unit pressure switch to not make when water level is high in unit. Disassembled drain trap and cleaned out drain of all sediment. Primed trap and added water to drain lines to ensure system drain is working properly. Checked condensate pump operation. Everything runs normally again.

Checked outdoor fan motor on gree mini split system making excessive noise during unit operation. Recommend condenser fan motor be replaced as motor bearing appears to be failing. Will call with pricing and availability of fan motor.

Jay seemed very competent technically. We encountered a problem with my fuse box being poorly labelled, but he was able to figure it out pretty quickly. He arrived on time both days and overall it only took about 1 hour longer than projected. Did a good job cleaning up the worksite.
