Found system operating normally but thermostat balance point set for 40° lowered balance point to 30 to take advantage of heat pump heating. Cycled heat pump to check operation.
Found condensate line clogged with mud from mudslide behind home. Trimmed back condensate line and cycled pump to check operation. Everything came on normally.
Found blower capacitor failed causing unit to lock out. Replaced capacitor and cycled unit to check operation.

1st tuneup of contract Tested heat pump operation on 1st floor system. Checked heat strips and filters. Explained systems and how they work also where the filters are and how to order new ones. The systems in this house utilize r22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured replacement parts for the refrigerant circuit are also no longer manufactured. 1st floor system is heating well. No issues found today CC for 1st floor system only

Everything looks and runs great! No recommended changes at this time.
3 outdoor unit 9 powerhead Daikin minisplit systems performed full AC tune ups checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance unit start up, operation, shutdown, cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils, treatment of drain lines, checking of filters. Temperature differentials range from 20° at furthest units to 25° at the closest units in relation to outdoor units. These differentials are within manufacturers specifications. Everything looks and runs great! No recommended changes at this time.
Downstairs minisplit locked itself out probably due to a power interruption - reset system and cycled to check operation in both heat and cool. Had 20° temperature differential in cool and 25° temperature differential in heat. Appears to be charged normally and operates normally.
Replaced filter with 20x20x4 top tech media air cleaner filter and cycled system to check operation. Everything looks and runs great! Capacitors normal, system compressor and fan motor within manufacturers specifications .5" w.c. static and 1.2 amps on blower. Believe not enough airflow caused by system filter needing changed.
Drain line blocked brushed it out everything is draining normally
Replaced inverter board added for 10 a refrigerant andtested operation
