1st tuneup of contract Tested heat pump operation on 1st floor system. Checked heat strips and filters. Explained systems and how they work also where the filters are and how to order new ones. The systems in this house utilize r22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured replacement parts for the refrigerant circuit are also no longer manufactured. 1st floor system is heating well. No issues found today CC for 1st floor system only

Everything looks and runs great! No recommended changes at this time.
3 outdoor unit 9 powerhead Daikin minisplit systems performed full AC tune ups checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance unit start up, operation, shutdown, cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils, treatment of drain lines, checking of filters. Temperature differentials range from 20° at furthest units to 25° at the closest units in relation to outdoor units. These differentials are within manufacturers specifications. Everything looks and runs great! No recommended changes at this time.
Downstairs minisplit locked itself out probably due to a power interruption - reset system and cycled to check operation in both heat and cool. Had 20° temperature differential in cool and 25° temperature differential in heat. Appears to be charged normally and operates normally.
Replaced filter with 20x20x4 top tech media air cleaner filter and cycled system to check operation. Everything looks and runs great! Capacitors normal, system compressor and fan motor within manufacturers specifications .5" w.c. static and 1.2 amps on blower. Believe not enough airflow caused by system filter needing changed.
Drain line blocked brushed it out everything is draining normally
Replaced inverter board added for 10 a refrigerant andtested operation
Found system out on communication error - cycled system from outdoor disconnect - checked system operation - cleared system drain. Everything runs normally! Attached estimate for comfort club.

Replaced dehumidifier and tested operation
Pumped down system and repaired leak on 7/8 3/4 reducer. Performed pressure test on system. Held pressure at 106psi for 10 minutes. Pulled a vacuum and got microns down to 500. Tested system operation, added 2 lb of refrigerant superheat was 12 subcool was 10, temperature difference between return and supply is 21.
Performed maintenance on heat pump Temperature difference between return and supply is 20 Blower is pulling.6 amps Compressor is pulling 3 amps Outdoor fan motor is pulling 1.3 amps Subcool is 8 superheat is 12 Capacitor is within manufacturer specifications Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils Cleared condensate line System is working great
Found drain pan leaking water, drain pan will need to be replaced. Customer also wants an estimate for replacement of system. Scheduled for Friday at 8.

Found contactor for main system had blown apart - replaced contactor and cycled system to check operation. Everything came on normally. Found capacitor for upstairs system out of range and caused system to not come on normally. Replaced capacitor and cycled to check operation. Everything came on normally as well. No other recommended changes at this time. Could take a few hours for system to cool house to temp but refrigerant balance is good on both systems and rest of electrical components work great!
AC systems have only 120v out of 240 volts going to them indicating that a leg of 120 has dropped off from service. Recommended an electrician come and restore power. Told to call schedule a service when system power is restored. Waived today's diagnostic fee.

Perform tuneup found hard start kit not working probably causing the compressor not to start. We’ll go ahead and order one of those and also an air purifier Ultimate Cooling Tune-Up: cleaned coils, brushed and cleaned traps, added pan treatment tablets to pan. tested and checked all controls, wiring connections. tested temperatures, checked filters. checked refrigerant temperature and pressures, tested static duct pressure. tested blower operation, tested cooling operation to ensure working within manufacturer specifications.
