Found wire rub on reversing valve wires in outdoor unit - repaired damaged wire and added a zip tie to stand off wiring from outdoor unit. Cycled unit to check operation. Everything came on and cycled normally.

Performed gas furnace heating tune up service checking all electrical components, safeties, gas pressure, performed full combustion analysis checking O2, CO, CO2, flue gas temperature, flushed drain lines, cleaned burners, flame sensor, everything looks and runs great! Filter will be due to be changed in 6 months. Filter size is 16x25x4.

Found indoor air handler breaker tripped and failed at electrical panel. Will return first am around 9 to replace breaker.

Added 2 lbs r410a refrigerant and performed a leak search on system. Did not identify any leaks at this time. Recommend checking charge in spring.

Replaced indoor blower motor and wheel. Tested system operation, blower motor is pulling 6 amps and temperature difference between return and supply is 20. System is working properly.

Repair leak, replace mixing valve and drain. Add air elimination.

Heat strips are pulling 39.8 amps Blower motor is pulling 1.7 amps Compressor is pulling 6.9 amps Outdoor fan motor is pulling 1.3 amps Temperature difference between return and supply for heat pump is 19 degrees Temperature difference between return and supply for heat strips is 21 degrees Defrost cycle is work to manufacturer specifications. Replaced capacitor on outdoor unit. System is working to manufacturer specifications.

Performed heating maintenance tune up service on dual fuel and gas furnace system checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, unit start up, light off, operation, defrost, shutdown. Cleaning of burners, flame sensors, treatment of drains, checking of filters. Replaced capacitor on downstairs furnace blower motor.

Found blower motor wheel lost set screw and is about to crash into blower housing causing rattling noise. Blower wheel has failed in a way that has left motor shaft scarred causing blower wheel unable to be moved. Attempted to balance blower wheel so it doesn't rattle as much but recommend replacing blower motor and wheel. Will call with pricing and availability.

Ran shielded wire and changed chip on board. Programmed Tstat
