Replacement of outdoor ambient sensor for nursery room minisplit. Replaced outdoor sensor and cycled system to check operation. Everything looks and runs great!

Water leak caused by a bad splice in condensate tubing - redid condensate tubing splice and ran condensate pump several times to make sure leak had been addressed. Water seems to flow outside normally again. Rerouted steam humidifier drain into condensate pump.

Today, I addressed a 6-flash error code on a Muzfe09NA unit, indicating an outdoor thermistor fault. The outdoor unit had failed due to a mouse chewing on the outdoor ambient temperature thermistor. To restore operation temporarily, I spliced the thermistor. However, I recommend replacing the RT65 thermistor to prevent future issues. I will follow up with an estimate for replacing the outdoor ambient thermistor to ensure long-term reliability.

Found breaker to system turned off on generator panel.. Flipped breaker and tested system operation. Home owner also wanted tune up on system Inducer is pulling .97 amps Blower is pulling 3 amps Temperature rise is 57 Cleaned burners, hot surface ingniter and flame sensor. tested system safeties. System is working to manufacturer specifications

Found system thermostat had turned on eco scheduling options after a hard reset from coin cell battery removal. Removed scheduling options and cycled both in heat pump and furnace mode to check operations. Everything came on and cycled normally.

Found system electric heat lock out set for 30° raised to 40° to allow unit to heat fully on mild mornings during defrost. Cycled unit checking start up, operation, defrost, shutdown of heat pump. Everything running within manufacturers specifications.

Replacement of defrost boards and sensor on both units and cycling of units to check operation.

Found drain slow on furnace causing system to lock out on ignition. Cleared drain and cycled system to check operation. Checked in both heat modes, heat pump and furnace, everything came on and cycled normally.

Thermostat was not supplying a call for heat to eim to bring unit on. Reset thermostat by pulling off wall and removing coin cell battery for 30 seconds and then putting it back in and putting it back on wall. Thermostat came on normally. Reset date and time. Turned on thermostat to cycle system. Everything starts and runs normally again!

Found system boiler parameters on board keeping boiler from going into high fire and maintaining 90°f after conferring with technical support changed system boiler parameters to allow system to fire in high fire. Watched system climb to 180° set point temperature and satisfy boiler operation. Everything runs normally again.

Found GFI tripped for condensate pump. Rest GFI and tested system operation. System is now working properly.

Found wire rub on low pressure switch wire causing unit to blow dude. Repaired wire insulation and cycled to check operation.

Found r wire inside cabinet had exposed itself through rub on the wire insulation causing unit to burn 3 amp fuse. Repaired wire and tested system to check operation. Everything came on and cycled normally. Replaced fuse.

Replaced heat strip under warranty. Tested amp draw of heat strip. Everything is working as designed. Wires on ac relay were melted

Electric heat strip has failed again - this time on both strings - causing system to run long cycles and not heat enough during defrost cycles. Recommend replacement of 10kw heat strip - fully covered under warranty.

Both bathroom and bedroom ducts were put back up and no damage was done to either duct

Found mhk2 thermostat has a discrepancy of 2 degrees at thermostat face. Recommend we change system thermostat - will need to reestablish link with mhk2 dongle in air handler by resetting dongle in air handler. Will call Monday to give specific time of arrival.

When I arrived thermostat was calling for heat but nothing was working. Took door off of indoor unit and everything started working. Cut and rewired all low voltage connections, tested all high and low voltage connections. Cycled system three times and everything is working.
