Replaced leaking evaporator coil and txt Add SS2 overflow safety switch pressurized to 200 psi 10 minute leak check no other leaks. Pulled vacuum on system to 300 µm held for five minutes. Turn on all three zones added 6 1/2 pounds of 410 a refrigerant. 119/230. Sh9-sc10 All three zones are calling there’s no issue with airflow. However, when only one zone is calling, it cannot carry the airflow that the system is designed for so if just the basement zone, which is a 10 inch 400 cfm. It can’t handle the 800 CFM that the air handler provides. This causes the suction pressure to drop well below freezing potentially this will freeze the coil. The next zone is a 12 inch duct which carries 600 CFM potentially the same thing might happen when this zone operates by itself. The same type of thing happens in heat mode except the coil will get extremely hot, which will make the pressure go way up. This is bc possibly why the original coil sprung sprung a leak. The best way to remedy this s

Solenoid on gas valve was sticking during call for main to open causing system to not light on time. Adjusted gas valve and cycled system multiple times to check gas opens on every start up on time. Recommend if system fails again to Everything runs normally again!
Turned on hot water heater - turned on pump - found system needed air purged from it - removed air from system - pump quieted down immediately - believe issue caused by insufficient water pressure - now that water is restored to home system appears to work normally.
Found boiler outdoor temperature sensor ~25° off causing system to modulate to lower temps and not heating water up to fill correct demand - boiler lock out occurred due to supply temperature sensor coming off the pipe and system locking out due to system return temp being higher than supply temp. Removed outdoor temperature sensor from boiler to make boiler heat water to 180°. Found heat pump operating normally but airflow too high causing air to be cooler than needed to warm the space. Allowed units to run to satisfy thermostats and thermostats satisfied before leaving. Everything appears to be running normally again!
Boiler was on warm weather lock out. Sensor is in sun. I reprogrammed boiler so WWSD is off. Checked HP operation 3/4. Line temp was 137°. Air handler has a 22° temperature difference with heat pump running. There is no heat strip in the unit. So if this is used in emergencies when the unit goes in a defrost, the system will blow cold air until defrost is over and then the heat pump will start back up
